Salary: £20.50 Per Hour + Paid Breaks + Yearly Pay Reviews

Hours:2x 24 hours, available, Days & Night available 

HCR is assisting an award-winning provider dedicated to providing exceptional homely care to our loved ones with 11 nursing across the country with plans to expand in 2025! We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) trained with an active NMC pin and nursing home experience is essential.

The nursing home is split over 2 units with no more than 28 beds per unit which is complimented with exceptional staffing ratios. Registered Nurses working here can be rest assured they will always have plenty of support available.

Registered Nurse Duties:

To ensure safe nursing care is being provided

The registered nurse will ensure all documentation such as care planning, risk assessments are always maintained

To effectively communicate and lead the team of care assistants

Registered Nurse Requirements:

Active NMC pin

Experience in nursing homes

Effective communication skills

Proficient in documentation
