HGV Technician

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary 42k

Position Type: HGV Workshop Technician -Professional

Monday to Fridays -7am to 5pm or 8am to 6pm

* Up to 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays & increasing with length of service)

What you will do

* Our client is a HGV Truck and Trailer maintenance and repair Company including tail lift maintenance specialist company –

* We are looking for a experienced HGV technician covering MOT preps and servicing engines and also repair of trailers.

* Moving deck repairs and diagnostics. We have the most up to date vehicle and trailer diagnostics equipment.

* Assist in the fault diagnosis process

* Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets.

* Road test vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license)

* Process all relevant paperwork relating to jobs accurately

* Ensure all vehicle defects are reported

* Keep all workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean, tidy and well maintained

* Help us in supporting the development of trainees and apprentices
