Contract Manager – Central London

Salary up to £65,000 + package

A new opportunity has arrived for a contract manager to join a leading Facilities Management company on a prestigious contract. Are you an experienced contract manager with a strong background in hard & soft services wanting to progress your career within one of the largest global FM companies?

In this role you will be the main point of contact between the FM provider and the client. Your role will include managing contract renewals, compliance, ensuring SLAs & KPIs are met. On this contract you will be responsible for managing a team of around 10 engineers, covering around 40 sites.
