Hours 6am - 2pm Monday to Friday

Pay £13.50-£15.50 ph

Job Description:

Thrive Personnel are seeking a skilled Furniture Assembly Operative ideally with experience in joinery or cabinet making to join our clients expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling various types of wooden furniture, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble furniture items according to specifications and drawings.

- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in joinery or cabinet making.

- Strong understanding of furniture assembly techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Good physical stamina and dexterity.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
