Our Client a well established and expanding Building Consultancy are seeking to recruit a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their award-winning team based in Central Manchester.

You’ll be working on:

* Project Management & Contract Administration of high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments with contract values ranging from £50K up to £20M.

* General commercial building surveying duties including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Project Monitoring.

* Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations, on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

* Experience in maintaining and growing effective client relationships.

* Experience of presenting and pitching for new business.

* Someone with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

* Comfortable with representing the business at industry events.

Technical Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.

* Experience working for a commercial Building Consultancy practice.

* Experience of Contract Administration and Cost Control.

* Experience of the Law of Dilapidations.

* Working knowledge and experience administering the JCT suite of contracts.
