Job Title: Materials Coordinator

Role Overview:
The Materials Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our clients operations team to deliver quality service to our clients. This varied position requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to embrace positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Packs: Create and deliver job packs for projects.
Material Management: Load, offload, and log material deliveries, maintaining stock levels for standard items.
Record Keeping: Use systems to maintain records and ensure the security of the stores and premises.
Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety practices within the warehouse.
Team Liaison: Work closely with project teams to support their material needs.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain records for trade vehicles (repairs, MOTs, etc.) and asset records.
Waste Management: Manage waste removal and recycling processes.
Site Maintenance: Keep stores and yard tidy at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
Basic IT skills with a willingness to learn new systems.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Full clean driving license.
Tidy and presentable appearance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided.
Experience with Forklift Trucks (FLT) is a plus.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
