Job Title: Part Two Architectural Assistant

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

With a healthy outlook on projects, they are seeking a passionate Part Two Architectural Assistant to join their collaborative and social office in Leeds.

The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will boast design flare and innovation with a passion for incorporating sustainable principles, with good technical skills and a strong portfolio.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:

Ideally 1-2 years post Part Two qualification experience in a UK Architectural Practice
Part One 7 Part Two qualifications
Well versed in industry standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, sketch Up and Adobe Suite
Good knowledge of Building Regulations
Ideally an insight across the RIBA stages from practice experience
Excellent time management and organisation skills
Demonstratable technical excellence
Great communication and presentation skills
Proactive and positive approach to work
Keen to input to company growth
Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects
Sector experience such as retail, industrial, sports & leisure and commercial
Live locally to Leeds
