Luzzo Bespoke are a Low Volume, High Value Engineering business supplying products to Niche Luxury Brands in the Automotive, Aerospace and Lifestyle Industies. We are a small team who deliver exceptional results.

We have a opportunity for a qualified, experienced CNC Programmer,Setter, Operator with turning and 3 axis milling experience to join our team.

The succesful candidate will:

* Hold recognised qualifications in a mechanical manufacturing discipline e.g. toolmaking,

* Have a minimum 5 years experience across CNC lathes and 3 axis CNC mills indeally in a high performing environment

* Comfortable using CAM software (we use GIbbs & Hypermill)

* Have attention to detail, a great work ethic and be comfortable working with minimal supervision

* Be able to develop end to end machining strategies including tooling, work holding and programming.

* Able to guide and develop less experienced team members

* Be comfortable across the process from CAD model to producing work to a high standard.

* an effective team member and suggest and support improvement activities.
