We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the newly created role of Commercial Administrator. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role will involve an exciting array of systems and customer-facing projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a skills such as, experience of working with ERP systems, an analytical mind and a good knowledge of MS Excel. Training will be provided on the specific systems used within the business.
Main duties:
• Provide support to the Head of Commercial on all aspects of the directorate
• Input, analyse and extract data via the ERP system (Netsuite)
• Process internal requests placed on the department
• Support new and ongoing projects involving all systems
• Involvement in testing ERP in a sandbox environment
• Help with basic IT requirements. Such as ordering equipment and maintaining an inventory log.
Desirable qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree relating to the advertised position
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience working within an office environment.
• Ability to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships, both internally and externally.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft software
