I am looking for a PART TIME Accounts Administrator to assist the accounts team by putting invoices and purchase orders on the system, keeping records up to date and providing administration support.

PART TIME HOURS - 20 to 25 hours per week to suit.

The successful applicant will need to be comfortable with numbers, a logical thinker, a problem solver and capable of working independently.

Their brand-new and high spec offices are located in a rural office location so you must be a car driver as there is no public transport nearby. Ideally you should live within a 45-minute drive to SG13 8NS.

Role & Responsibilities:

* To provide general administrative support to the accounts team

* Input data onto the system.

* Raise queries as they arise.

* Liaise with other teams and managers to solve problems.

* Cover the reception and phones when the Office Administrator is on lunch and annual leave.

* Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial administrative tasks.

* General ad hoc projects and tasks.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in accounts.

* Administration experience.

* Full driving licence.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Good IT skills.

* Ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision, highly organised.
