Role: Bid Manager
Location: Essex, Chelmsford
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Overview:
If successful, you will play a pivotal role in driving success by leading the bid process for key projects within the region. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout.
Duties:
Motivate and inspire the bid team
Check progress and support the bid team members
Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
Lead the bid strategy
Understand the entire bid process
Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
Requirements:
Educated to HND and/or degree level
Track record of winning profitable work
Experience using multiple software platforms
Extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project
Regional / National contractor experience as the Bid Manager
