Description

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction.
Advise on procurement strategy and assist in establishing a client's requirements.
Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks.
Prepare and analyse costings for tenders.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Ensure that post-construction as-built drawings and specifications are prepared.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of construction.Profile

A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
Working knowledge of construction contracts and tendering processes.
A strong understanding of construction project management.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Job Offer
