Production technician

Horsham, West Sussex.

As a Production technician you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. You’ll work alongside a team of skilled professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

* Operate machinery and equipment.

* Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.

* Assemble and package products according to customer specifications.

* Perform quality checks to maintain product integrity and meet industry standards.

* Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

* Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes.

* Always comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

* Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

* Knowledge of safety procedures and a dedication to maintaining a safe work
