Job Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join the team. This role will focus on overseeing key operational functions within manufacturing and distribution. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the efficient running of operations, manage day-to-day activities, and support the implementation of operational improvements.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and ensure smooth manufacturing and distribution operations.
Provider Management: Manage relationships with service providers, handling reviews and supporting contract management.
Support Operational Changes: Help implement new processes or systems to improve operational efficiency.
Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous improvements in manufacturing and distribution workflows.
Additional Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance coordination and ensure operational needs are met. 
Key Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing and distribution operations is required.
Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Certifications: Relevant certifications related to manufacturing, distribution, or operations are a plus.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with data management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Personal Qualities: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who works well independently and as part of a team.
