Your Impact:

As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our project success, ensuring accurate and competitive bids that secure exciting new contracts. Your key contributions will include:

Crafting detailed and precise tenders for a range of new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial projects.
Conducting in depth analysis of project specifications, drawings, and documentation to develop robust cost estimates.
Strategically sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations to maximise value.
Conducting site visits and surveys to gather essential project data, both locally and across various project locations nationwide.
Collaborating closely with project managers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and accurate cost assessments.
Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure project transparency.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks and capitalising on opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimating processes.
Working on a variety of projects that will expand your experience across a wide geographical area.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry, with specific experience in new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial works.
A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost management.
Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel for site visits when necessary.
