Finance Manager, Remote with occasional travel to offices

We are working with a fast-growing FMCG business looking to recruit an ambitious Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to to take ownership of financial operations and play a key role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans.

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and driving efficiencies across the business. Working closely with senior leadership and external accountants, you will be responsible for:

* Management Accounts – Overseeing monthly accounts in collaboration with external accountants.

* Cashflow Management – Monitoring and optimizing cash flow, including invoice financing.

* Statutory Accounting & Tax – Supporting year-end processes and tax submissions with external advisors.

* Debtor Reporting – Ensuring timely payments and accurate financial tracking.

* Bookkeeping – Managing invoices and cash movements on a weekly basis.

About You

* CIMA or ACCA-qualified with at least 2+ years of experience in industry or practice.

* Background in FMCG or high-growth businesses (preferred).

* Strong interpersonal skills – a positive, proactive team player.

* Passionate about working in a mission-driven, high-performance environment.
