Job Role: Supervisor – Racking Installations

We are looking for an experienced Supervising Rack Installer to join our growing team. As a leader in automation management and mechanical installation, we provide services to the warehouse construction and automated logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and allocate resources for upcoming installations.

* Maintain tools and equipment for inspection and maintenance.

* Supervise racking installation sites, ensuring safety and quality standards.

* Review structural drawings to determine resources and timelines.

* Guide installation teams on sequencing and ensure adherence to engineering plans.

* Conduct quality checks on completed installations.

* Produce daily and weekly progress reports.

* Address installation challenges and provide on-site support.

* Enforce safety measures and collaborate with safety personnel.

* Lead and mentor the installation team.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in steel racking and storage systems.

* SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and relevant equipment certifications (IPAF, Forklift).

Working Hours:

* Full-time: Monday to Saturday (55 hours/week).

* Location: Stirling.
