Job Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students
Assess and record students' progress and development
Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
Follow school policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Proven experience in primary teaching

Knowledge and Skills:

Good classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional training in special education or child development
Experience with diverse student populations

Working Conditions:

Work in a school setting
Full-time hours on a temporary basis
Collaborate with other teachers and support staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
