The Opportunity

The firm's Corporate and Commercial department is highly reputable, and due to continued growth, they are looking to make an integral Associate/Senior Associate hire.

Their leading regional Corporate and Commercial department have extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisition, group restructuring, joint ventures and partnerships, management buy outs, finance and banking, and commercial agreements.

Qualified Corporate and Commercial Solicitor at Associate/Senior Associate level
Applicants must be willing to work in an office 2-3 days per week Benefits
