Oakford is a growing group of companies providing products and services from the IT, telecomms, electrical and energy sectors.  We are looking to bring on board a passionate Marketing Executive to establish our group marketing visions. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a marketing professional eager to develop their skills across multiple channels and contribute to the continuing growth of the business.

Are you the right person for the job?

Education & Experience: You will ideally hold a marketing degree or equivalent qualification and have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Creative Mindset: You’re full of fresh ideas and able to translate business goals into engaging marketing campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and improve marketing strategies, using excel.
Digital Expertise: Proficient in managing social media platforms and website content, with experience using appropriate tools like Hootsuite, WordPress, or similar.
Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working across multiple teams to achieve common goals.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to juggle multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
What will your role look like?

Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, execute, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy.
Content Creation: Produce engaging and original content for websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collateral that resonates with the target audience.
Market Research & Analysis: Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activity to provide insights that drive campaign improvements and product positioning.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, ensuring content is updated regularly and reflects the latest brand initiatives and products.
Performance Reporting: Compile regular performance reports using data-driven insights to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
