The role

Develop, maintain, monitor and report against, detailed development appraisals, programmes and budgets
Ensure the design of the development is progressively signed off internally at appropriate stages
Monitor financial planning of development with the project financial controller
Monitor Town Planning risks and negotiations in consultation with planning team and consultants
Manage all negotiations with external stakeholders using relevant internal/external resources
Ensure project appraisal is accurate and reflects the scheme
Changes in appraisal resulting from design changes should be monitored and reported

What you need

More than five years of experience in a front-end DM position
Strong planning, feasibility and design experience
Experience in a joint venture or collaborative project environment, particularly with local authorities
Development aspirations are met in a cost-effective and timely manner
Effective communication between the project team
Interpersonal communication
Prioritisation and decision making
