About the role

Working as part of the repair centre team you will act as the damage repair consultant.

* Inspect damaged vehicle.

* Select appropriate repair methods appropriate to customer needs, site resource.

* Talk through repair methods and upselling opportunities with customers.

* Construct repair estimates using supporting images.

* Maximise profit potential by monitoring repair stages and gathering evidence to support the estimate.

* Attend daily production meetings to update colleagues on Damage Assessments and customer requirements

* Undertake final quality Control inspections.

You will play a pivotal role in our customer journey, working in partnership with customers and skilled production teams to achieve the best outcome.

* Knowledge of modern repair methods with an ability to maximise repair opportunities.

* Commercial awareness - ability to maximise productivity/profit.

* Qualification and experience e.g. VDA IMI
