Joining as an Underwriter you will be part of a small team, reporting to a Risk Director you'll underwrite new business propositions within your own mandate. You'll be ensuring that all recommendations for lending sanctions are in accordance with the firms Credit Policy. 

Ideal Experience: 

Property backed lending experience (bridging, development finance or complex Buy to Let / HMO's / MUB's, Investment Properties). 
Deal structuring experience of working with the available asset base and any secondary security. 
Solid understanding and ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
