Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Secretary
Salary:
- £23,000 - £28,000 per year, dependent on experience
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Residential Conveyancing Secretary to join our busy conveyancing team. In this role, you will provide full secretarial support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Audio transcription and general correspondence typing
- Submitting property searches and preparing legal forms
- Handling telephone queries from clients and third parties

About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience in residential conveyancing within a legal environment.
- Strong technical competence, with knowledge of systems such as Land Registry Portal, BigHand, Oyez Forms, Searchflow, and/or Partner 4 Windows being advantageous.
- The ability to manage a busy workload proactively and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent client care skills and a professional, friendly manner.
