Job Title: Integration Testing and Release Technician (5 to 10 years); UK local hire

Location: Crewe
Job Summary: Integration testing sprints aka Electrical Configuration Loops (ECLs) and total integration tests (GITs) to facilitate product development. Prior experience working on Hybrid/ BEV vehicles is a must. The Technician with prior Bentley experience is a must. Should have hands-on experience troubleshooting the vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flashing of Software and ZDCs onto vehicle to align with the ECL Version List.
- Changing of vehicle hardware (for example sensors, ECUs).
- Sensor/ECU alignment (DAS, Ride Height’s Top View, Lighting etc).
- Kitting and De-kitting vehicles test equipment and data logging tools.
- Functionality check of test equipment.
- Trouble shooting and rectification of electrical issues.
- Confirmation of correct functionality.
- Support ECL testing requirements.

Expertise Development: Serve as the primary expert on system level validation and best practices. Good understanding of IBM RTC, GIT,JIRA , Jenkins and Confluence.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process, test guidelines, lesson learnt and user manuals.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma/bachelor’s in electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
