Role Overview:

The Compliance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all environmental hygiene cleaning contracts are completed to the highest standard, on time, and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Key tasks include:

* General ventilation cleaning

* Water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment

* Kitchen extract fire safety cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure 100% attendance to all assigned jobs and complete them within the required timeframe.

* Follow strict health and safety guidelines, particularly regarding chemical storage and handling.

* Maintain and report on equipment, ensuring it is in serviceable condition.

* Represent the company professionally on-site, delivering excellent customer service.

* Assist in training new team members under the supervision of the Compliance Supervisor.
