HAIR STYLIST

Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Hair Stylist to work for product & hair care company in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford.

ROLE: Hair Stylist

SALARY: £13.15, circa £26,000 per annum (PAYE)

LOCATION: Bluewater Shopping Centre, Dartford, (DA9)

HOURS: Full time, Thursdays to Mondays. Usual hours are 10.30am-7.30pm and 11am-5pm on Sundays.

THE ROLE:

Become an authority on the products, understanding their features, benefits, and applications. Share this knowledge with customers to help them make informed purchase decisions.
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a personalised and welcoming experience. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and offer tailored solutions.
Actively promote and demonstrate the products, showcasing their unique features to drive sales and create excitement.
Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible.
Keep track of inventory levels, assist with restocking, and report any inventory discrepancies.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and work with external retail partners to create best-in class experiences.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Experience in the hair/salon industry is a must.
Experience in sales is a must.
