Conveyancing Assistant

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000

Our Client is currently recruiting for Conveyancing Assistant in their Property Team in Pudsey for a Residential Property Conveyancing Assistant.

The Role:

Opening new files and inputting new instructions onto the Case Management system and producing relevant letters and documents
Updating the Case Management system in accordance with team procedures as the matter progresses
Issuing contracts on sale files and assisting in dealing with replies to enquiries.
Ordering searches
Issuing Mortgage reports to clientsAbout You:

12+ months experience in Conveyancing
Proficient IT skills
Ability to deal with enquiries in a customer-friendly and effective manner
Experience in a similar fast-paced roleWhat you get:

Profit sharing scheme (tax-free on payments up to £3,600 per year), subject to 12+ months employment at the end of the calendar year.
