German & Italian Speaking Customer Service Administrator
Albrighton, Shropshire (Hybrid - 1 day at home per week)
Salary - Up to £33,000 per annum
Full time - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible start times)

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is fluent in both German and Italian.
Our client operates on an international scale and requires a bilingual candidate to process customer orders for their German and Italian markets.
The main purpose of your role is to manage sales orders from receipt to delivery whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Key duties will include: handling customer queries, managing order processing, liaising and communicating with other internal departments. You will also be expected to complete any other ad-hoc administration tasks as well as building relationships and keeping up to date with any new product information.
The salary for this role is up to £33,000 per annum.
What experience do you need?
Fluent in both German and Italian languages
Good spoken and written communication skills
