Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Manager - Job Role:
This position will include some sales responsibilities; however, the primary emphasis will be on providing exceptional customer service to our customers and support to our account managers.
Candidates should have experience in excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the factory. Keep the department running efficiently and profitably, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention and to meet customer expectations.
Customer Service Manager - Responsibilities:
• Electronics experience (Distribution or Manufacturing)
• Providing day-to-day support and guidance to the Account Manager
• Ensure that the logs are maintained by our established processes,
• including the Quote log and NPI logs
• Background in Customer service, business development, and/or customer account management roles
• Excellent communication skills
• Quote sign-off
• Margin monitoring
• Great attention to detail
• Good computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel plus the ability to learn new systems.
Essential
Electronics experience (Distribution or Manufacturing).
Desirable
Previous electronics manufacturing industry experience
Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficient computer skills
Remuneration: Depending on experience + Key Staff Bonus
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 am - 16:30 pm Friday: 08:00 am - 13:00 pm
