Content Executive - Digital Marketing Agency - St Albans, Hertfordshire - £27,000 - £30,000

We are seeking an experienced and talented Content Executive to work on the creative output and help drive the content strategy for our client.

This person will require hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, and strategic planning. You'll have a strong portfolio of work, a proven track record of managing social media channels for clients, and the ability to contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for clients ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals and translate them into actionable content plans.
* Use analytics data to amend and optimise creative to create content that preforms highly.

Social Media Management:
* Lead the management and execution of organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
* Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and report results to clients.

Content Creation:
* Create engaging multimedia content, including high-quality social media posts, TikToks, Reels, web headers, newsletters, and print materials.
* Produce, edit, and refine video content for maximum impact.
* Develop design assets in line with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Client Collaboration:
* Build strong client relationships through effective communication and reporting on project progress and results.
* Present creative concepts and strategies confidently to stakeholders.

Team interaction & Innovation:
* Support the team in their client projects by providing creative assistance and solutions.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing innovative ideas and tools to improve processes and outcomes.

You should be
* A creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
* A collaborative team-player with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* A highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential
* Experience (min 2 years) with content creation, social media management, or a related role with examples of work to prove it!
* Proven ability to deliver measurable results through social media campaigns and content strategies.
* Proficient with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
* Solid understanding of branding principles & typography.
* Expertise in Canva.

Desired
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
* Experience with WordPress.

Sponsorship will not be provided for this role and you must be able to work full time in the office in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
