An estabished firm of solicitors based in Malvern requires an experienced conveyancing secretary.
Duties:
* Drafting contracts and completion statements.
* Using the HM Land Registry portal.
* Maintaining files and records.
* Handling calls with clients and estate agents.
* Compiling, checking, and summarising information.
Requirements:
* Conveyancing and general administration experience.
* Clear and confident telephone manner.
* Good IT skills.
Hours:
* 9am to 5pm 4 days a week. ( The company is flexible on hours )
