Key Responsibilities:

* Performance & Development: Oversee performance management programs, offer guidance to managers, and drive employee development through training and growth opportunities.
* Safety & Compliance: Partner with the Health & Safety team to ensure compliance with labor laws and safety regulations, helping to build a safe and compliant workplace.
* Policy Development: Regularly review and improve HR policies to support business goals and create a consistent, fair work environment for all employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, and a passion for driving positive change. They will have the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations in a high-energy environment.
* Experience HR management experience, in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. CIPD certification or equivalent is advantageous.
* Leadership: A confident leader with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills who can influence and guide teams.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: A natural problem-solver with a talent for resolving conflicts and driving continuous improvement.
* Innovative Thinker: Someone who embraces change and seeks out new ways to improve HR practices and employee experiences.
* Tech-Savvy: Strong proficiency in HR systems and tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
