One of the UK's leading House Builders are looking to strengthen their busy planning team and as such require a Senior Planner to join them at their Suffolk office.

The firm have a long history of promoting those within the Planning Team and so there would truly be a very prosperous career pathway laid out for the incoming Senior Planner.

The role would be ideal for a RTPI Accredited Town Planner either already operating within a senior position or with the ambitions to progress into a senior role in the near future.

The successful candidate will become a part of a small yet busy planning team and take responsibility for the management of projects from identifying new development opportunities and local plan promotion to securing planning permission for residential led developments of varying scales and complexity.

As well as offering fantastic career prospects this role will see the successful Senior Planner receive a highly competitive salary - up to £55k - plus company car (or allowance) and also includes benefits such as bonus, life assurance & generous pension contribution.

To help provide a good work/life balance the hiring firm will also consider a hybrid working format allowing the option of working from home part of the week.
