Job Title: Customs Clearance Specialist

Our client is looking for a Customs Specialist to join their team in Witham. Initially, you will focus on customs clearance, with opportunities to expand your role to include other key areas of the freight forwarding process in all modes of freight.

While our client offers some training, a solid understanding of customs clearance and freight forwarding is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities as a Customs Clearance Specialist:

Handle export and import customs clearances

Generate necessary transit documents

Support various freight forwarding functions, including air, sea, and road transport

Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods

Competitive salary (£28,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience)

Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 1-hour lunch break)
