The Role

You'll be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring all orders meet customer requirements while maintaining productivity, efficiency, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing staff rotas, training, and performance management
Ensuring efficient stock control, loading, and unloading
Maintaining health & safety and food hygiene standards
Working with other departments to streamline processes
Managing equipment maintenance and compliance checks

About You

Experience in warehouse or logistics management
Must have experience with perishable goods
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
Ability to train, motivate, and develop a team
