We are currently supporting a fantastic Employer Lead Ofsted grade 2 provider who are recruiting for a Lead IQA. This is a hybrid role, working from the office and home but also traveling to observe delivery sessions.

The provider delivers a virality of programs from Logistics, professional services to digital across Apprenticeships, AEB and Bootcamps.

The Ideal Candidate

* Alongside a good understanding of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, you must have strong and proven experience of successful quality monitoring and assurance against funding regulations.

* A can-do and upbeat attitude to work, colleagues and clients

* A self-starter and self-manager who can get things done and work systematically and thoroughly

* Supporting / mentoring the coaching team to achieve.

* An inquisitive mind, able to find things out and problem solve.

* Solutions focussed with detailed attention to both the outcomes and the inputs to secure them with integrity and standards that mirror those of the business – where people and success matter

* A person who wants to make a difference

* Highly organised, able to prioritise well and work at speed

* A good communicator who listens well, can explain things clearly and presents information in a simple and coherent way

* Good attention to detail with a “get things right first” approach

* Runing report from the MIS system

* A natural completer finisher, with thoroughness and accuracy

* Able to use judgement and escalate issues as and when required

* A confident user of IT

* Working knowledge and experience of awarding bodies and monitoring visits.

Experience Required

* Relevant IQA experience (desirable – must be willing to work towards)

* Management qualification (desirable)

* Assessors qualification

* Teaching qualification

* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

* Ability to plan your own workload

* IT literate, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily

* Confident decision maker

* Flexible & adaptable to change

* Self-motivated

* Ability to influence & motivate learners
