PROJECT: Overseeing 3-4 small project within driving and some walking distance from each other

HOURS: M-F 9-5.30

ONCALL: Shared with other managers so at least once a month.

? Role and Responsibilities:

As the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and overseeing this exciting new venture. Your expertise in managing services, dealing with CQC regulations, and navigating local authorities will be essential. You will lead and nurture a diverse team of staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your experience in mental health will contribute to creating a supportive environment that promotes wellbeing.

? Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven track record in setting up and managing care services.

- In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

- Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with local authorities.
