Our client is currently looking for a Complaints Handler / Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team.
Ideally looking for someone with Industry experience, however will consider someone with strong a strong customer service background.
Salary dependent on experience but we’re looking at around £30 – 40k.
Main duties include supporting staff by dealing with escalated complaints they are unable to resolve and includes all aspects of the complaint from cause to resolution via email or telephone, keeping record of complaints and causes, monitoring online / email reviews and responding to reviews as appropriate etc. They will also be required to coordinate a few files.
The ideal client will have experience in dealing with complaints; industry experience would be nice but not essential
