Title: Payroll Manager 
Location: Hayes - Office Based 
Salary: £40,000

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure all salary payments are fully compliant with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with internal policies and statutory obligations.
Process employee benefits, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments with precision.
Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
Address payroll-related enquiries from clients professionally and in a timely manner.
Generate and deliver comprehensive payroll reports to management as required.
Collaborate closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
Monitor salary payments and associated tax obligations to guarantee timely submission.
Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and data protection protocols regarding all payroll information. What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable experience in payroll management or a comparable role.
In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Strong organisational skills paired with clear and effective communication abilities.
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
