National Express are recruiting an experienced Marketing Manager to join us on a fixed term basis of 12 months. Based at our Head Office in Digbeth, the successful candidate will report to and support our Senior Brand Marketing Manager - UK. They will also work closely with our Performance Marketing and Customer Data, Insight and Research teams, as well as our Commercial and Customer Experience teams to ensure that all campaigns support and drive our commercial targets, are customer centric and are developed from robust research and insight. 

What you'll do:

Support development and lead delivery of brand, partnerships and student marketing activity for Coach

Ensure all campaigns are developed using research and insight to inform target audience, media and creative

Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to ensure as and where necessary campaign activity is planned in line with commercial priorities

Work alongside the Performance Marketing /Content team to ensure  integration of brand strategy across organic channels

Work closely with Marketing Services and Ecommerce teams to deliver through the line integrated activity and a seamless customer experience both physically and digitally

Assist in the production process of all campaign activity, ensuring that all work is developed and produced on time and within budget

Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the development of presentations and accompanying material in order to gain support and buy-in from senior stakeholders

Ensure a robust process for measurement of key KPIs and campaign objectives is in place for all activity and optimise and extract key insights for future activity and best practice across the wider team

Monitor the wider industry and identify and exploit emerging trends and new developments

Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders

Ensure all activity is in budget and financial processes are in place with relevant stakeholders

What you'll need:

2 years' experience of marketing and campaign management and delivery

Knowledge/experience of using Social Media platform for content

Computer literate
