Our Central Government client are looking for a Lead TechBar Engineer to be part of the Service team within an IT Platform. The Role?
Leading the Tech Bar team dealing directly with customers
Resolving Technical Issues and Queries
Responsible for developing training programs and other tech related materials
SME to specific products or issues

You?
Have experience in an DV Cleared Environment
Knowledge of : 
                     - Hardware: Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Apple smartphones and iPads.
                     - Technologies: Windows 10, iOS, Azure AD, InTune and M365 application suite.
