We are working with a respected and growing south Shropshire based company seeking an Ecommerce Print on Demand Lead on a full-time permanent basis. This is a brand new role, combining data analysis and product management strategies within the Print on Demand (POD) platform to drive product sales.
Following the imminent introduction of their new POD platform and sales strategy, our client is anticipating an increase of product demand and is now seeking a capable candidate with the desired balance of technical skills, initiative, analytical ability, and customer-focused mindset to drive the strategy forward.
What you can expect:
* Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience
* Basis: Permanent, Full-time
* Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
* Potential for hybrid working after successful probation
What you will be doing:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the POD platform, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction
* Work closely with client/customer accounts to help them maximise their sales through tailored support and innovative solutions
* Perform regular audits and manage data tasks, including adding new products, and maintaining product attributes to ensure accuracy across platforms
* Analyse purchasing patterns to develop and implement effective cross-selling and upselling strategies with the wider sales and marketing team
* Manage sites for selling designs directly to consumers, enhancing the market reach
* Prepare regular reports on platform performance and statistics
* Investigate and pursue opportunities for branded merchandise licensing to expand the brand portfolio
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align strategies including SEO, and enhance customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
* Proven product management and/or print on demand operations experience
* Experience working across e-commerce platforms/ digital merchandising
* Awareness of SEO best practices and digital marketing techniques
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients
* Analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
