Resolve Recruitment Services is a specialist recruitment consultancy, providing expert staffing solutions across multiple industries. Our Driving & Industrial division is expanding, and we are looking for a Resourcer to support our fast-paced team in Bristol. This role is crucial in ensuring we have a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet client demands.

The Role:
As a Resourcer, you will play a key role in the first stage of the recruitment process, sourcing, filtering, and onboarding candidates for driving and industrial roles. You will manage applications, conduct initial screenings, and ensure compliance using our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Source and attract candidates for HGV, van, forklift, and warehouse roles using internal processes

* Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability

* Maintain and update internal databases with candidate details and availability

* Ensure all compliance requirements are met, including right-to-work checks and licence verification

* Assist candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into roles

* Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to provide a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

* Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates to ensure retention and engagement

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience in driving or industrial recruitment is preferred but not essential

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment

* Confidence in using recruitment systems and databases

* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to candidate management
