Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Birmingham based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a well established finance team and will be responsible for taking ownership of your own ledger of nationally recognised accounts. This position is fully office based and offers a flexible 37 hour working week.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
* Experience working as a Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Clerk
* Conducting credit control via phone and email
* Raising invoices
* Setting up new customer accounts
* Negotiating payment plans
* Reconciling customer accounts
* Query resolution
