Are you passionate about helping others and building strong relationships?

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join or clients’ team in Rodley - LS13.

As a vital member of a customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring your customers have a positive and satisfying experience.

What you'll do:

* Customer service via phone, email and chat

* Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns

* Investigate and resolve Customer complaints promptly

* Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

What we're looking for:

* A positive and customer-focused attitude

* Willingness to progress and learn new skills

* Strong communication skills

* Working well as part of a team whilst using your own initiative

* Proficient at using a CRM system

* Enjoys working in a call centre environment
