Job Title: CNC MULTI AXIS MILLER

Shift: 38 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 14:00 – 00:00

Rate: £33,000 - £38,000 p/a

The Job

* Setting, operating and programming CNC milling machines to include 3, 4 and 5 Axis

* Engineering qualification from City and Guilds / HNC or similar

* Speeds and feeds for different raw materials; controls; programming; safety and tooling

* FANUC / Mazatrol control language would be preferable

* Lean Manufacturing

* CMM inspection and measuring would be an advantage

Requirements

* Programme – ideally using HyperMill

* Operate CNC milling machinery, fixtures and fittings, preferably in a highly compliant environment working to tight tolerances

* Use manual measuring equipment and competently read manufacturing drawings

* Operate Mazak 5 Axis milling machinery would be an advantage
