We are currently recruiting for a talented Operations Manager (Director Designate) to join an Industry leading, multidisciplinary construction consultancy based from their Sevenoaks office. Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary business that offer a range of services including; Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Fire Engineering, Employers Agent etc. They work with a range of clients including; local authorities, commercial clients, private organisations, PFI & Building Managers and Public Sectors.

The Operations Manager will be overseeing Building Surveying a Project Delivery managing a team of professionals. Responsible for the overall delivery of designs, projects and programming while coordinating with the finance team to ensure successful fee management and projection.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding building consultancy that offers a direct route to become a formal Director with continued career progression and growth.

Operations Manager Position Salary & Benefits

Salary: £70k - £85k (guide only- open to discussion DOE)
Director Designate role- direct route to directorship

Operations Manager Position Requirements

Prior experience within Building Consultancy
Hold relevant qualifications- MRICS, MCIOB etc.
Must have experience in one or more of the following; building surveying, contract administration, project management
Based within commuting distance of Sevenoaks
Willing to travel to London & South East as required
