Are you a Project Engineer in the Perthshire area looking for a new challenge?

Pettigrew Recruitment Group is delighted to be working alongside a truly forward thinking local engineering business who specialise in providing bulk handling and storage solutions across a diverse client base in the agriculture and whisky distillery sectors, as they look to add an Engineer to their team to facilitate a growing orderbook. This is a key appointment, one that will provide expertise to projects, supporting the overall drive to deliver more projects across Scotland.

Key responsibilities as Project Engineer include:

* Communicating with clients and other project stakeholders for allocated sites.

* Overseeing onsite installation by staff and / or appointed sub-contractors, monitoring of sub-contractors & liaising with suppliers.

* Prioritise safety throughout the entire project duration.

* Work with the team to deliver project schedules.

* Ensure all project activities align with agreed-upon milestones.

Key Requirements of the role:

* Degree or HNC in relevant engineering discipline (civil, structural or mechanical would be desirable).

* Proven track record in delivering various engineering projects, especially in distilling or agriculture.

* Proactive in communication.

* A full UK driver’s licence.

* Good communication skills.

* IOSH or SMSTS qualification (Desirable).
