Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a respected client in Mansfield who is looking for a skilled TIG Welder & Fabricator to join their team. Main Duties:

Weld thin sheet metal and stainless steel to a high standard
Interpret and work from technical engineering drawings to ensure accurate welding and fabrication
Prepare components for welding, weld to quality standards, and self-inspect your own work
Contribute to process improvements for increased efficiency and quality
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication
Strong ability to read engineering drawings and prepare components for welding
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Shift Pattern:
This is a rotational shift role with the following patterns:

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
